What we supply

Information technology is the line. This is not a catalogue and there are no prices on it — it exists to answer one question quickly: can you get my thing? If the brand you need is not on this page, ask anyway. The list describes where our sourcing is strongest, not the limit of it.

How to read this page

These are supply partners, not dealerships. The distinction matters and most resellers blur it, so here it is plainly: we are not claiming to be an authorized dealer for any brand on this page. We are telling you which lines we quote against and intend to reach through authorized U.S. distribution.

Where a named manufacturer authorization exists, it will be printed against that brand and it will be checkable against the manufacturer's own partner list. Until then it is not claimed. An unearned authorization is the kind of thing a contracting officer discovers at award, and it is worth considerably less than the order it would win.

A brand appearing here is not a claim of stock, and it is not a warranty claim. Lead time is quoted per line and comes from the stocking branch that will actually ship it.

What we will produce, for any line on this page, is the paperwork behind it: a signed Section 889 representation, a country-of-origin declaration, warranty terms, and the manufacturer's own certifications where they exist. Ask on the requirement.

What the marks mean

Direct
We hold an account with the manufacturer
Authorized
Named authorization to resell the line
Distribution
Sourced through an authorized distributor

Nothing on this page is marked Direct or Authorized yet. Those marks go up as accounts open, and not before — an unearned mark on a line card is the kind of thing a buyer finds out about at exactly the wrong moment.

Primary line

Technology — computers, peripherals, cables, networking

Every line here is screened against the Section 889 covered list before it is quoted — including rebadged product, which is where the real exposure sits. What we commit to on DOA, spec errors and end-of-life SKUs is on how we work.

Secondary lines

Everything else, on the same purchase order

Not our line, and listed compactly for that reason — but genuinely sourced. It is here for one reason: a mixed requirement should not have to be split across four vendors and four receiving events. If facility, safety, lab or office items are on the same purchase order as the IT, they go on it.

Scope

What we will not quote

A supplier who quotes everything is not really sourcing anything. These are out of scope by policy, and knowing it up front saves you a round trip.

Unverifiable lines

Anything whose Section 889 status or country of origin we cannot confirm. We would rather send a short quote than a clean-looking one.

Outside authorized channel

Gray-market or liquidated hardware, remanufactured toner, and used or refurbished equipment presented as new.

Services

Installation, cabling, racking, imaging, configuration, managed IT, staffing and consulting hours. We supply the hardware.

Regulated articles

Firearms, ammunition, and anything requiring an FFL, SOT or ITAR registration. Pharmaceuticals, controlled substances, and medical devices above Class I.

Certified life-safety ensembles

Turnout gear, SCBA and fire helmets belong with a dealer who fits and services them.

AbilityOne mandatory source

Federal buyers only. We will tell you which lines those are rather than quote around them. State, local, education and tribal buyers are not bound by AbilityOne.

Not on the list

Send it anyway. Most of what we are asked for is not a brand and a part number — it is a description, a photograph of the thing that broke, or the same one we bought last year. Working out what that actually is, and what it is called in a distributor's system, is the part of this job that has any value in it.

If we cannot source a line through authorized distribution, we will say so and tell you who can. That costs us the order and saves you a week.

Send a requirement

A part number and a quantity is enough. So is a machine model, or a photograph and a rough description.
