Copper State Supply is a single-member Arizona LLC selling technology — computers, peripherals, cables, networking and AV — alongside the facility, safety and office lines that arrive on the same purchase order. The name says where the company is from; it isn't where it ships.
The owner comes from a finance career — a CFO by trade — which is why the quotes reconcile, the invoice matches what you approved, and the terms on this site are written by someone who has sat on your side of the vendor file. The member's name is on the Arizona Corporation Commission record for anyone who wants to check it.
Before that, the work was IT: consulting and IT audit. That is the reason a technology quote from here is not a catalogue lookup. Consulting is where you learn that the accessory matching the part number and the accessory that actually drives the user's two displays are frequently different things, and that the cable nobody put on the requisition is what holds up the deployment. Audit is where you learn to treat a supplier's claim as something to be evidenced rather than repeated — which is exactly what Section 889 screening and a country-of-origin declaration are.
We are not selling consulting. There is no services engagement at the end of a quote and no hours to buy. The background is here because it changes what the quote looks like, not because it is a second product.
One person reads your requirement, sources it, checks it, and signs the quote. There's no queue and no handoff, which is the whole reason a same-day answer is a promise rather than a marketing line — and why the person who wrote your quote is the person who answers the phone about it.
The company is new and doesn't pretend otherwise. You won't find an invented founding year here, or client logos, or testimonials, because there's nothing yet to point at. What you get instead is a way of working stated plainly enough that you can hold us to it on the very first order.
How we're set up
- No inventory. Product ships from the distributor's nearest stocking branch, direct to your receiving point.
- No storefront. Government buyers work by email, so that's where we work too.
- No minimum order. A single-line order is a real order.
- Card or purchase order. Card settles in days; a PO on Net 30 is invoiced on shipment.
- Authorized distribution only. No marketplaces, no liquidators, no gray-market stock — which is what makes the certifications behind a line obtainable on request.

That is the registered-agent address on the state filing, and it is where mail should go. We hold no stock, so there is no warehouse to visit; goods ship from the distributor to you.
Where our registrations stand
Most new suppliers stay quiet about this until everything is in place. We'd rather publish it — a buyer shouldn't have to ask a vendor whether it's real, and a missing registration is a smaller problem than a vague answer about one.
Current status
Each one gates something specific. Reviewed 29 August 2026.
They complete in that order, because each one needs the one above it. The EIN is the gate: without it there is no W-9, so there is no vendor record in your system, so there is nothing for a purchase order to point at. We would rather you knew where the queue is than be told everything is fine.
What each one unblocks for you. The EIN gives you a W-9 and lets your finance office create the vendor. SAM gives you a UEI and CAGE to key an exclusions check to, and a record to cite in your purchase file. The resale authority is what lets tax be handled correctly rather than argued about on the invoice.
Under the micro-purchase threshold, SAM registration is not legally required for a card purchase — that is FAR 4.1102(a)(1), and it is still true. But several buyers have told us plainly that their own internal controls are stricter than the FAR, and they are right to hold that line: without a UEI there is nothing to run an exclusions check against. If that is your situation, we are not ready for you yet, and the honest answer is to check back rather than to argue the regulation at you.
